Jupiter Adria is leisure and tourism company focused on acquiring and developing high end tourism resorts and related activities in Croatia. For our fast expanding business, we are looking to recruit:
Information and Communication Technology Manager (m/f).
The ICT Manager will lead ICT function for Jupiter Adria Group companies that are operating in Croatia.
Position will:
- Develop implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
- Determine ICT operations service requirements by analyzing needs of companies/departments/users
- Meet ICT operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Manage selection process for new hardware, software or service purchase and maintain technology vendor relationships
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, peripheral devices and telecom equipment
- Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances
- Ensure legality of the licenses and security of data and equipment
- Participate in ICT personnel selection and development
Uvjeti:
- BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS or related engineering field
- 7 or more years working experience in infrastructures, business systems, engineering systems, telecommunication, business processes, and application development
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Project management experience
- Process design and analysis capability
- Technical experience in programming, database design and systems integration a plus
- Experience with information security solutions
- Experience managing outside technical suppliers
- Strong working knowledge of ms windows servers, ms office applications; exchange servers, sharepoint systems , file server/intranet systems; network and systems administration
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks/ projects with success
- English language is a pre-requisite
